Weishardt
At Weishardt, the absence of a centralised communication hub meant a continuing reliance on traditional communication methods such as e-mails and paperwork. This had become a limiting factor for the company.
Weishardt chose eXo Platform as its new digital workplace. This decision was taken after the project team saw the platform’s potential, and how it could cover most requirements. Weishardt’s vision for its digital workplace had some similarities with eXo’s four pillars: communicate, collaborate, empower, and reward. As mentioned earlier, the platform would become a central hub, where employees from different sites could come together, collaborate on projects, and be informed of the latest company developments.
