Administrative Court of Tunisia

The Administrative Court is the highest jurisdiction in Tunisia’s administrative justice system. It ensures a balance between the powers of the administration and the rights of citizens, by reviewing the legality of administrative acts. It performs both a jurisdictional function (through its chambers of first instance, appeal and cassation) and an advisory function.
