The city of Rumilly and Rumilly Terre de Savoie aim to implement a collaborative digital workplace project. The idea is to pool resources and practices between the local authorities: the Rumilly city hall, the Rumilly Terre de Savoie community of municipalities, and the CCAS (Communal Social Action Center), equipping them with a unique and integrated tool.
The project involves a little over 400 users: 350 employees from various local authorities (city hall, community of municipalities, CCAS), 85 elected officials (mayors, presidents, vice-presidents, deputies), as well as contractors, external contributors, and associated organizations.
This project must address several challenges:
Energize and streamline internal communication and exchanges.
Facilitate cross-functional work on projects, specific themes, or internal administrative activities related to the daily operations of organizations.
Centralize, share administrative and business documents, and have the ability to collaboratively create them by integrating review and archiving processes.

Implementation
The objective is to have a representation of key use cases from the start to validate the project's ambition. A panel of representative spaces is prepared for each local authority (city and community of municipalities):
