More intuitive, dynamic and user-freidnly platform that would bring together the “Bougeuses” while guaranteeing a high level of engagement

Bouge ta Boite" is a 100% female business network designed by and for female business owners with 0 to 20 employees to promote mutual support, increase revenue, and strengthen their strategy by leveraging the power of the collective.



Bouge ta boite is a physical and digital network that today includes almost 2,000 “Bougeuses” and 120 local circles. An immediate networking tool is available to all members throughout France.

Challenge

The objective for the business network Bouge ta Boite was to replace the existing tool with a more intuitive, dynamic and user-freidnly platform that would bring together the “Bougeuses” while guaranteeing a high level of engagement. As well as being a communication and community-building tool, the new platform also had to facilitate collaboration.



Bouge ta Boite's challenge was to offer its members a more collaborative, agile and gamified tool. They also wanted a community platform that was uncluttered, easy to read and easy to use. For this reason, Bouge ta boite searched for a unified platform.



In addition, the previous platform didn't provide customization in line with the network's DNA, and there was little flexibility in terms of community animation and feature selection. These were all essential challenges in supporting this fast-growing community.

The impact

The implementation process is already underway with a dynamic project team and around thirty involved ambassadors. Many of them are already testifying to the simplicity of the solution, which is going to "change their lives."



The platform's branding elements are already available, and the switchover from the old platform to eXo Platform is underway, with over 200 workspaces ready for transfer in the next few days. These workspaces, which correspond to communities by area, business circles and local circles, will facilitate the gradual adoption of the new solution.
