Created in 2011, ASTIA (Association de Santé au Travail Interentreprises et de l'Artisanat) is the largest occupational health service in the Midi-Pyrénées–Languedoc–Roussillon region.
ASTIA currently serves 18,000 member companies and has 240,000 employees. It currently employs 230 people at numerous sites.
Challenge
The challenge for Astia was to make sure employees had a centralized solution with a variety of functionalities and business applications in which they can communicate in real-time, collaborate on projects, and find critical information.
Furthermore, improving top-down communication was a priority, to engage employees and create a healthy work environment.

The impact
Improved communication and collaboration
The platform was implemented nearly three years ago. It is currently being used by 230 employees. Astia has witnessed improved communication and collaboration and high engagement rates, thanks to the variety of features in the solution.
