First open source business event in Europe, it’s an international showcase for the excellence and dynamism of the French open source sector.

Event Highlight: Testimonial from the City of Chelles

Don’t miss the talk of Antoine Trillard, Director of Information Systems for the City of Chelles and president of coTer Numérique. He will share insights into the implementation of the collaborative platform using eXo Platform and will be joined by Veronika Mazour Mestrallet, CEO and co-founder of eXo Platform.

Chelles' Experience: A Real-World Digital Transformation Project

Digital transformation is a key challenge for local governments to enhance public service efficiency, foster collaboration among staff, and ensure data sovereignty.

The city of Chelles, located in Seine-et-Marne (77) in France, with a population of 55,000 and 900 employees, recently embarked on a digital transformation journey by replacing its outdated collaborative intranet with eXo Platform, an open-source, sovereign digital workplace solution.

Antoine Trillard, the City’s CIO and president of coTer Numérique (an association of local authorities working on digital issues), will share his experience of this project.

Why attend this event?

In this talk, Antoine Trillard will explain how the city of Chelles deployed eXo Platform, a digital workplace solution based on open-source technologies, and how it integrates easily, via connectors, with other tools such as Bluemind and GLPI. He will also share why the city of Chelles has chosen to move towards an alternative to proprietary solutions, and to make its project part of a drive to modernize public services and strengthen digital sovereignty.

Whether you’re an IT manager, a player in the public sector or simply passionate about digital transformation challanges, this testimonial is a unique opportunity to discover a concrete case study of the implementation of a digital workplace, and to learn more about the challenges of digital sovereignty and the benefits of open-source solutions.
