Galaxy Note 9: It’s a long long… battery life
We’ve all experienced running out of our phone battery at the wrong time, like when booking a restaurant, confirming a date or calling an Uber.
That’s what inspired the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 teaser. The Korean company addressed the most vital problem, which is the battery life. The launch is planned for August 9 and the teaser confirmed early rumours that the Galaxy Note 9 battery life will be improved.
According to some sources, the Note 9 features a 4,000 mAh battery and has up to 25 hours of continuous video playback at maximum brightness.
The slogan of the teaser asks “Battery can’t keep up?” and then answers “A lot can change in a day”
It all seems promising until we remember what happened in China with the Galaxy Note 7 and its exploding batteries 2 years ago. Samsung tried to incorporate a big battery in the Note 7 but it was defective and then overheated and exploded. Samsung accused the users back then of cooking their phones on purpose.
Will the Note 9 be the savior of the series? We all know that the bigger the mistake the bigger the lesson 😉
