In a digital work environment, content management is key to guarantee smooth and efficient communication. That’s why we’ve completely revamped the Content Management System (CMS) to provide an optimized user experience and limitless customization capabilities. Find out more about the powerful, easy-to-use new CMS that will transform the way you create and manage your pages and sites.
The page editing interface has been completely redesigned to simplify the layout and organization of your content. Easier to use and more intuitive, the new interface now provides many style and structure options, giving you greater freedom in the creation of your pages.
Each page is made up of different sections, which can be :
Drag and drop entire sections to organize your pages effortlessly. You can then move them around, change column sizes, edit and duplicate sections, create templates, add applications…
The page editor offers several options to simplify your experience:
The number of applications that can be added to a page is vast, and they are organized by category for ease of use. A preview is available for each application, so you can immediately spot the one you want to add. Once an application has been added, you can simply drag and drop it into a new location, edit its dimensions and display style, access various advanced options and even edit the content directly.
Via the integrated code editor, you can also create your own display components to format your content in specific ways, display eXo applications such as the agenda, or display dynamic information from third-party applications such as your HR tool.
The content editor is WYSIWYG, meaning that what you see on the screen is exactly what users will see once the page is published. Editing is done directly in the page, allowing you to add, edit and structure your content without having to go through complex interfaces.
