National Boss Day is celebrated annually, as a mark of respect to bosses and to show gratitude for them and the work they do.
Bosses have demanding jobs. They have to do whatever it takes to get things done, from staying late at the office, to pulling in resources to help if they need it, to finding a balance between collaborating with others and working independently, to finding creative solutions to complex problems, and making their team members feel recognized and appreciated.
