With version 7.0, eXo Platform now features a generative AI-powered chatbot directly integrated into the digital workplace. The goal is to facilitate access to information, optimize collaboration, and enhance the user experience through AI.

This innovative solution enables users to interact naturally with conversational AI within a workspace, asking questions and obtaining precise, contextualized answers based on reliable and secure sources belonging to the organization.

Seamlessly integrated into workspaces within the eXo platform, the Wikit chatbot is a genuine digital assistant providing a number of advantages:

    • Significant time savings: A key advantage of this solution is its ability to be specifically configured for each workspace. The chatbot adapts to the context and needs of users by leveraging only the information within the activated space. It can analyze and understand natural language requests, responding instantly.
