How can I buy eXo Platform?
eXo Platform 3.0 will be generally available late 2010. The Early Adopter Program allows customers to start working with eXo Platform prior to its release by using early versions of all its services. Early adopter customers will get up-to-speed quickly with special Quick Start training courses, while development support ensures the success of development efforts with eXo Platform 3.0.
- Access early versions of eXo Platform 3.0 components. Get hands-on experience now with the functionality that will be included in the eXo Platform 3.0 release: eXo Development Tools (including eXo IDE, eXo JCR), eXo Content (WCM, DMS and Workflow tools), eXo Social, eXo Knowledge and eXo Collaboration. Receive notification of the availability of each service, giving you exclusive access to the beta versions of eXo Platform 3.0.
- Training for the individual services within eXo Platform 3.0. Early Adopter Program members receive an extensive online training (3 hours) that includes: an introduction to the main features and benefits, hands-on installation and configuration, and the development of a sample application. After the training, you will be able to begin developing on your own. (Training schedule available members in the private EAP Network page.)
- eXo Professional Developer Subscription for 1 year. During the Early Adopter Program period, members receive development support for the community projects that will be part of eXo Platform 3.0. Your applications will be ready to move to production sooner. At the end of the Early Adopter Program period, you will immediately gain access to a complete Professional Development Subscription for eXo Platform 3.0, for the remainder of the one year contract. The total number of tickets available for use in the entire one-year period is 15.
- Discount on an eXo Platform 3.0 Production Subscription. The Early Adopter Program fee ($5000) can be applied to the future purchase of a production subscription, so solutions developed during the early access period will be ready for production when eXo Platform 3.0 is released. eXo Platform 3.0 integrates eXo community projects with additional add-on features, for enterprises building or extending Java applications for production use. eXo Platform has been packaged, tuned, tested and certified on multiple JVMs and operating systems. This version provides enterprise-quality support during development and production with guaranteed SLAs.

Community projects are meant for the individual developer who is willing to perform the integration of separate binaries, rely on the community for answers to questions, independently resolve issues, who does not require access to certain features only available in eXo Platform 3.0 (eXo Cloud, eXo Development Tools), and who does not require support.
